We are constantly reminded that we are fortunate to be here with all of you, grateful for our families, the big (and small) wins, and in the wake of recent tragedy we are reminded how we all come together.

On today's episode we give thanks, we talk a little turkey, and we discuss the importance of being on that frontline.

This is definitely a question we get asked, and the subject of many conversations around here at #RNFMRADIO. So you're a new nurse, but you're looking for a job and no one is willing to hire you without med/surg experience. How do you get that experience if you can't get hired? Is med/surg the only path to pursue right out of nursing school? Are there other opportunities where you could get hired without this experience?

All these questions, and more will get answered on today's episode.
